I have been asked repeatedly why I decided to build Ridge Landing as the ultimate in aviation lifestly for those who love flying. Well, I really think that if there is a way to do something, then there is a better way to do something. Just as in flying an airplane, there is a checklist. For building an airpark or any kind of development, it is the same. The following was my checklist:

1. To completely satisfy our customers, what does our development have to do?
-The answer is very simple. It needs to be a great place for pilots to live.
2. To meet our pilot client's expectations, how should our development look, feel and sound?
-Well, beauty is in the eye of the beholder and to a pilot nothing looks better than a great runway. But let's remember, it has to be in an attractive setting with beautiful homes and equally beautiful water features, wooded areas and open areas to really appeal overall to the residents. It should feel as if you live in a park. It should also sound like people having a great time with their planes and enjoying the company of each other.
3. The prices and value have to be aligned.
-One important point in Ridge Landing is the consistency of quality construction throughout the development. Our quality construction requirements guarantee that each residence will compliment the others. This will eliminate the concerns brought about by inconsistently constructed homes. This is a value that is often not represented in similarly priced offerings. This is a single phase development so no one will have concerns about what could be built in the future.
