"We first saw Ridge Landing in the early stages of development. As each phase of the development was completed, we were excited to see the progress and wondered how it could get much better. Having done the development of our self storage facility and a building for our paintless dent repair business, my wife and I understand the difficulty and learning process of the development stages.
It is truly impressive to see the now completed paved runway with its pilot controlled runway light system. Also, impressive is the wide taxiways that are not shared with vehicle traffic and every taxiway goes to the back of every home to your personal hangar.
I started my carrier in aviation as an A & P mechanic which led to getting my private pilot's license while working in general aviation. Now that my wife and I are getting close to retirement, the dreams of a home with a hangar for all the toys is something we’ve been working towards. We currently live on a lake and to now purchase a lot in Ridge Landing on one of the water features is great because we still have the wonderful view of the water.
We hope all the lot owners and home owners will tell all of their flying friends and neighbors about Ridge Landing so we can start to have more flying home owners in this premier development."
